Andrey Litvitski 4f97217f68 Refine upgradeEncoding condition in DaoAuthenticationProvider After adding jspecify support in the module that contains the DaoAuthenticationProvider class, we actually changed the contract logic, which is a good thing, and this commit fixes it.
