Scott Andrews	c76383fc0d	SPR-5267 Support for PUT and DELETE in spring:form tag Any HTTP method passed to the spring-form:form tag other then GET or POST will automatically be defaulted to POST on the form tag and a hidden input field is created with the requested HTTP method. Scott Andrews	13fa535939	SPR-5298 JSP tag for building URLs with URI templates Created spring:url and spring:param tags that enhance the functionality of the JSTL c:url tag. URI templates are supported in the url value attribute. They are resolved against the params defined inside the url tag body.
