Prior to this commit, the `DefaultWebClient` would execute the configured
`ExchangeFilterFunction` as the reactive pipeline is assembled during
subscription. This means that if imperative code is executed in a filter
function, it won't be aware of the current observation through the local
scope.
For example, when automatic context propagation is enabled for Reactor
operators, the logger MDC will not know about the current
traceId/spanId.
This commit ensures that client filter functions execution is deferred
during the actual client exchange.

This provides an implementation of an HTTP Handler Adapter that is coded
directly to the Eclipse Jetty core API, bypassing any servlet
implementation.
This includes a Jetty implementation of the spring `WebSocketClient`
interface, `JettyWebSocketClient`, using an explicit dependency to the
jetty-websocket-api.

This commit introduces Micrometer as an API dependency to the
spring-webflux module. Micrometer is used here to instrument `WebClient`
and record `Observation` for HTTP client exchanges.
This replaces Spring Boot's `MetricsWebClientFilterFunction` which
instruments `WebClient` via an `ExchangeFilterFunction`. Here, a direct
instrumentation is more efficient and less prone to metrics errors.

This commit introduces support for Netty 5's Buffer, in the form of
Netty5DataBuffer. Because of the new API offered by Buffer, several
changes have been made to the DataBuffer API:
- CloseableDataBuffer is a simpler alternative to PooledDataBuffer, and
implemented by Netty5DataBuffer. DataBufferUtils::release can now
handle CloseableDataBuffer as well as PooledDataBuffer.
- PooledDataBuffer::touch has been moved into a separate interface:
TouchableDataBuffer, which is implemented by Netty5DataBuffer.
- The capacity of DataBuffers can no longer be reduced, they can only
grow larger. As a consequence, DataBuffer::capacity(int) has been
deprecated, but ensureWritable (formally ensureCapacity) still exists.
- DataBuffer::slice and retainedSlice have been deprecated in favor of
split, a new method that ensures that memory regions do not overlap.
- DataBuffer::asByteBuffer has been deprecated in favor of toByteBuffer,
a new method that returns a copy, instead of shared data.
- DataBufferFactory::allocateBuffer has been deprecated in favor of
allocateBuffer(int).

When built in an environment where many Gradle build workers are
available, :spring-webflux:test is regularly the only task running at
the end of the build. Therefore, the build's overall execution time
can be reduced by running its tests in parallel, spreading the tests'
execution across the available workers. The configured number of forks
is a maximum with Gradle reducing this as necessary for environments
with low numbers of cores where multiple workers will not improve
build performance.

Prior to this commit, the Spring Framework build would partially use the
dependency management plugin to import and enforce BOMs.
This commit applies the dependency management plugin to all Java
projects and regroups all version management declaration in the root
`build.gradle` file (versions and exclusions).
Some versions are overridden in specific modules for
backwards-compatibility reasons or extended support.
This commit also adds the Gradle versions plugin that checks for
dependency upgrades in artifact repositories and produces a report; you
can use the following:
./gradlew dependencyUpdates
Prior to this commit, the Spring Framework build would mix proper
framework modules (spring-* modules published to maven central) and
internal modules such as:
* "spring-framework-bom" (which publishes the Framework BOM with all
modules)
* "spring-core-coroutines" which is an internal modules for Kotlin
compilation only
This commit renames these modules so that they don't start with
"spring-*"; we're also moving the "kotlin-coroutines" module under
"spring-core", since it's merged in the resulting JAR.

This commit reorganizes tasks and scripts in the build to only apply
them where they're needed. We're considering here 3 "types" of projects
in our build:
* the root project, handling documentation, publishing, etc
* framework modules (a project that's published as a spring artifact)
* internal modules, such as the BOM, our coroutines support and our
integration-tests
With this change, we're strealining the project configuration for all
spring modules and only applying plugins when needed (typically our
kotlin support).

This commit upgrades Coroutines support to kotlinx.coroutines
1.3.0-RC, leverages the new Coroutines BOM and refine Coroutines
detection to avoid false positives.
Only Coroutines to Mono context interoperability is supported
for now.

dependency which:
- Fixes classloading related issues
- Provides out of the box JSR 223 support
