Rename {DEFAULT_=>}COMMAND_LINE_PROPERTY_SOURCE_NAME

For consistency with all other constants representing default
property source names, such as
StandardServletEnvironment#SERVLET_CONTEXT_PROPERTY_SOURCE_NAME and
StandardEnvironment#SYSTEM_ENVIRONMENT_PROPERTY_SOURCE_NAME
