Add warning to "enclosing classes" search strategy for MergedAnnotations

This commit adds a warning to the Javadoc for the
TYPE_HIERARCHY_AND_ENCLOSING_CLASSES search strategy in
MergedAnnotations with regard to the scope of the search
algorithm.
