Added QueryDslPredicateExecutor and a QueryDsl specific sub-class of SimpleMongoRepository. Adapted MongoRepositoryFactory to use new QueryDslRepository implementation when a repository interface extends QueryDslPredicateExecutor. Added AnnotationProcessor to create query classes from QueryDsl annotations.
