- Modifying dependencies to starter-web with tomcat exclusion plus
alternative servlet container instead of manual dependency on
spring-webmvc as it is the preferrable way to use alternative servlet
container
- Previously RestTemplate with ssl was configured manually in tests - now
it rellies on autoconfiguration - changed this for multi-connector test
and added test to ensure that ssl autoconfiguration is working
- Most samples with alterntative servlet containers used some kind of
service reading property and returning default since it wasn't
configured - removed it, since it is not specific to using alternative
servlet containers.

Update TestRestTemplate so that it no longer directly extends
RestTemplate. Prior to this commit it was possible that TestRestTemplate
could interfere with user defined RestTemplate beans.
TestRestTemplate offers the same methods as RestTemplate so should be
a drop-in replacement. If access is needed to the actual underlying
template the `getRestTemplate()` method should be used.

Move the @LocalServerPort to org.springframework.boot.context.embedded
since it's only really useful when working with embedded servlet
containers.

Rework the new testing support so that @SpringApplicationTest can be
used for standard integration tests, web integration tests with a
mock Servlet environment and web integration tests with an embedded
servlet container. This means that it a replacement for 1.3's
@IntegrationTest and @WebIntegrationTest and allows all
SpringApplication testing to be configured using a common annotation.
The old @IntegrationTest and @WebIntegrationTest along with their
supporting classes have been reinstated to their previous form (while
remaining deprecated). This should ensure that they continue to work
in 1.4 exactly as they did in 1.3 giving users a smooth path to
@SpringApplicationTest.

attribute is now aliased to the existing `classes` attribute such that
one could write the following:

Harmonize the configuration properties for Undertow to match the changes
made for gh-2491.
Move `spring.undertow.accessLog*` to `spring.undertow.accesslog.*`
- Apply project’s code formatting and conventions
- Don’t use the IO and worker thread configuration when creating the
worker for the AccessLogReceiver. The IO and worker thread
configuration is for HTTP request processing and a worker in its
default configuration should be sufficient for the access log
receiver.
- Don’t use a temporary directory as the default for the access log
directory. A temporary directory makes (some) sense for Tomcat as it
requires a directory for its basedir. Undertow has no such
requirement and using a temporary directory makes it hard to locate
the logs. The default has been updated to a directory named logs,
created in the current working directory.
- Document the new properties in the application properties appendix

This commit adds support for configuring Undertow's access log via the
environment using the following properties:
server.undertow.access-log-enabled
server.undertow.access-log-pattern
server.undertow.access-log-dir

Undertow, like Tomcat, uses "" for the context path of the root
context. Previously, the Undertow deployment was being configured with
"/" for the root context. This was leading to a silent failure in
AsyncContextImpl.dispatch when it failed to look up the deployment
manager for the current request.
This commit updates UndertowEmbeddedServletContainerFactory to use the
correct context path (an empty String) for the root context.
