This commit adds `ElasticsearchRestHealthIndicator`, a new
`HealthIndicator` for Elasticsearch, using the Elasticsearch "low level
rest client" provided by the
`"org.elasticsearch.client:elasticsearch-rest-client"` dependency.
Note that Spring Boot will auto-configure both low and high level REST
clients, but since the high level one is using the former, a single
health indicator will cover both cases.
See gh-15211
Rework Prometheus push gateway support so that the central class can
be used outside of auto-configuration. The shutdown flags have also
been replaced with a single "shutdown-operation" property since it's
unlikely that both "push" and "delete" will be required.
It's also possible now to supply a `TaskScheduler` to the manager.

As of Spring Framework 5.1, we're depending on the Reactor Californium
release train.
Reactor Netty is now at version 0.8 and changed its artifact
coordinates, package names and broke several APIs. Spring Framework is
now up-to-date with those changes and this commit does the same for
Spring Boot.
Note that in that process, the `NettyServerCustomizer` has been changed
since the former `HttpServerOptions.Builder` API is now gone from
Reactor Netty, and we're now relying on immutable server instances
instead of a stateful builder pattern.

Improve the structure of the response and include mappings from
WebFlux and Servlet and Filter registrations in addition to the
mappings from Spring MVC.
Closes gh-9979
Move projects to better reflect the way that Spring Boot is released.
The following projects are under `spring-boot-project`:
- `spring-boot`
- `spring-boot-autoconfigure`
- `spring-boot-tools`
- `spring-boot-starters`
- `spring-boot-actuator`
- `spring-boot-actuator-autoconfigure`
- `spring-boot-test`
- `spring-boot-test-autoconfigure`
- `spring-boot-devtools`
- `spring-boot-cli`
- `spring-boot-docs`
See gh-9316
Restructure actuator packages to improve structure. The following
changes have been made:
- Separate actuator and actuator auto-configuration into different
modules.
- Move endpoint code into `spring-boot-actuator`.
- Move `Endpoint` implementations from a single package into
technology specific packages.
- Move `HealthIndicator` implementations from a single package into
technology specific packages.
- As much as possible attempt to mirror the `spring-boot` package
structure and class naming in `spring-boot-actuator` and
`spring-boot-actuator-autoconfigure`.
- Move `DataSourceBuilder` and DataSource meta-data support from
`spring-boot-actuator` to `spring-boot`.

This commit introduces a "ReactiveHealthIndicator" contract that can be
implemented for health checks against a reactive API.
When running in a WebFlux-based web app, the health and status endpoints
transparently use this in a WebFlux-based application and regular
HealthIndicator are executed on the elastic scheduler.
When running in a Servlet-based web app, the endpoints includes and
adapts available ReactiveHealthIndicators automatically
Closes gh-7972
This commit migrates the Actuator onto the new endpoint infrastruture.
In addition to the existing support for accessing the endpoints via
JMX and HTTP using Spring MVC, support for access via HTTP using
Jersey and WebFlux has been added. This includes using a separate
management port where we now spin up an additional, appropriately
configured servlet or reactive web server to expose the management
context on a different HTTP port to the main application.

Remove test-jar artifacts from Maven projects and relocate classes. The
majority of utilities now live in the `spring-boot-testsupport` module.
This update will help us to deploy artifacts using the standard Maven
deploy plugin in the future (which doesn't support the filtering of
individual artifacts).

Introduce an alternative autoconfiguration if the lettuce Redis driver is
available. Add Lettuce-specific configuration property options
"spring.redis.lettuce.shutdown-timeout" to control the shutdown timeout
of the lettuce driver. Add documentation for the properties, the
supported drivers, and how to switch between drivers.
Split client-specific properties from spring.redis.pool to
spring.redis.jedis.pool and introduce spring.redis.lettuce namespace.
Deprecate spring.redis.pool property.

Dependency management for the `HikariCP-java6` dependency is no longer
needed since Java 6 is no longer supported by Spring Boot.
The HikariDriverConfigurationFailureAnalyzer has been updated with the
current message thrown by HikariCP in this failure scenario.
Closes gh-8147
Add an annotation processor that generates properties files for certain
auto-configuration class annotations. Currently attribute values from
@AutoConfigureOrder, @AutoConfigureBefore, @AutoConfigureAfter and
@ConditionalOnClass annotations are stored.
The properties file will allow optimizations to be added in the
`spring-boot-autoconfigure` project. Primarily by removing the need
to ASM parse as many `.class` files.
