DriverClassNameProvider is unused but was probably restored by a merge commit at some point. It wasn't obvious and updated that class rather than `DatabaseDriver`. This commit updates `DatabaseDriver` and deletes `DriverClassNameProvider`. Closes gh-5076pull/5146/head
